The choice of legal structure is completely up to you and the vendor. You can choose to use your own MSA, you can start with the vendor’s MSA or you can modify the Assay Depot’s MSA template to suit your needs.
We are trying to make it easy for you to place an order without the hassle of time-consuming legal review. To this end, we have executed a Provider Agreement with over 150 CROs that offer services on the marketplace. To order services from these “in network” CROs, a customer simply has to agree to a Customer Agreement (see link below) that contains the same confidentiality, pricing and service performance terms as the Provider Agreement.
Together, the Provider and Customer Agreements replace the Master Services Agreement (MSA) that is typically used for these transactions. By dividing the MSA into two parts, we enable you to access services from many services providers under a single agreement, saving you time and money.
