We have executed a legal agreement with all of the service providers on the marketplace. To order marketplace services, a customer simply has to agree to a "Customer Agreement" (see link below) that contains the same confidentiality, pricing and service performance terms as the "Provider Agreement". These two agreements replace the Master Services Agreement (MSA) that is typically used for these transactions.
By dividing the MSA into two parts, we enable you to access services from many services providers under a single agreement, saving you time and money.
