How to Set Up a Purchase Account
If you plan to submit a purchase order number (PO number) for billing, you first need to set up a Purchase Account. To set up an account, follow the 3 easy steps below:
Step 1
Click here to download a Purchase Account Application. Generally this form is filled out by your company’s finance/accounting department.
Step 2
Return the completed Purchase Account Application via email to accounts@assaydepot.com or via fax to (858) 433 2841
Step 3
Once your Purchase Account Application is approved, you can immediately begin using POs to place orders at assaydepot.com
