Compound Distribution

Compound tissue distribution assays can assist you in determining the metabolic fate of your test agent in in vivo (mice and rats) model systems. The assays typically utilize radioactive compounds to trace metabolic fate in tissues and organs.
If you have a question about compound tissue distribution services, click on the orange Request button on the right side of the page to request information from one or more expert CROs.
Scroll down to browse mass balance and tissue distribution assays that are used to determine the fate of drugs and metabolites in tissues, organs, and secreted fluids (urine and feces). Also available are blood partitioning studies to assess the level of uptake of compounds into red blood cells (RBCs).
